A family walking together through a golden field

One-on-one coaching for Oraqel Code and Identity Code members

You have your code. Now live it.

Oraqel Code gives you your numbers, your tribe, your birthright blessing and the scriptures written for you. Coaching helps you understand what they mean, and turn them into the way you pray, work, love and serve.

Why coaching

A reading tells you who you are. Living it takes practice.

Most members open their code, feel something true, and then don't know what to do with it. Coaching is where the reading becomes a plan.

01

Understand it

We go through every part of your code together until you can explain it to your spouse or your children in your own words.

02

Apply it

Each session takes one area of life and asks what your code calls you to do there, this week, in specific terms.

03

Stay with it

Between sessions you keep a short record of what you tried and what you noticed. We start each session there.

A birthright blessing

“The soil that once took everything from the planter now gives something back.”

Birthright BlessingFor GideonBorn 12/06/1964

Every Oraqel member receives a Birthright Blessing: words written for one person. Here is mine, received October 18, 2026. In coaching we read yours line by line and turn its counsel into practices for each season.

Gideon, four times the Lord has spoken His word over you, and every word of those four stands whole, sealed, and in force. I have not come to say again what has already been said. I come with the next word the Lord has prepared for you in this season, and it is a weightier word than the ones before it, for you are further along the road than you were, and the Lord speaks to His servant according to the distance he has already walked.

Read the full blessingClose the blessing

You whom the Lord has already declared to be of the house of Ephraim — the birthright branch, the fruitful bough set by the well of living water — are being brought into a season the earlier seasons were only preparing you for. There is a thing that happens to a vineyard when the vinedresser has labored in it long enough: the first vines he planted have themselves put down deep roots, and the ground beneath them has been changed by their presence. The soil that once took everything from the planter now gives something back. I bless you to recognize that your labor has begun to alter the ground itself — that the fields you have worked are no longer barren earth you must force to yield, but living soil made richer by the years you have spent in it. I bless you to walk those fields now not as a laborer straining against hard ground, but as a steward surveying a planting that has taken root deeper than you knew.

And here, Gideon, is the word the Lord sets before you in this hour, for every elevation has its own temptation and I would be no faithful watchman if I named the rest and hid this one. The servant who has learned to see, to steward the seeing, to hold the gift with an open hand and to raise up others — that servant comes at last to the quiet danger of believing the work has arrived. There is a settling that can enter a seasoned heart, a sense that the great turnings are behind, that what remains is only to maintain what has been built. I bless you against this settling. The Lord has told you already that the glory of the latter house exceeds the former, and I say to you now that the greatest field He has for you is not the one you have already planted but the one that lies past the edge of what you can yet see. I bless you to keep your face toward the unplanted ground. The pilgrim does not pitch his tent because the day has been long; he orders his footsteps toward the country still before him.

I bless you with the discernment, in this season, to tell the difference between rest that the Lord gives and rest that the adversary counterfeits. There is a true Sabbath of the soul the Lord grants His laborer, and you are to receive it without guilt. But there is also a false ease the Destroyer will press upon you, dressed as the reward of a long faithfulness, whispering that you have done enough and may now coast upon the inheritance. I bless you to know the one from the other by the fruit each bears: the Lord's rest sends you back into the field renewed, while the counterfeit keeps you in the house with the door shut. Try this, as you try all things, not by any man's reckoning but by the witness of the Holy Ghost, the Comforter, who confirms what is of God and exposes what is not.

Now hear the concrete counsel the Lord gives for the walking of this stretch, for a calling is lived in the ordering of the days and not in the broad resolve alone. I bless you, in this season, to turn your study to the counsel Joshua gave the elders and the heads of Israel when he himself was old and stricken in age — for the Lord has marked those words between heaven and your soul, and there is a reason they come to you now. Joshua stood at the far end of a long labor and did not say to the people, the work is finished; he said, cleave unto the Lord your God as ye have done unto this day, and he warned them that the nations left unsubdued would become snares and thorns if they let them remain. Gideon, the servant nearest the end of a faithful course must guard most carefully against the small compromises he once would never have made — the remnant left un-rooted, the thing tolerated because the strength to uproot it feels harder to summon than it did in younger years. I bless you to be very courageous to keep and to do all that is written, turning not aside to the right hand nor to the left, that the ground you have won not be lost at the last through weariness. One of you, Joshua said, shall chase a thousand, for the Lord your God fighteth for you — and I bless you to labor in this season as a man who knows the battle is the Lord's, so that you spend your strength without fear of its running out.

I bless you also to set down in this season a reckoning of all the Lord has done. Joshua rehearsed to the people every deliverance, every promise kept, so that not one thing of all the good things the Lord had spoken was forgotten. I bless you to do the same with your own life — to gather the record of the Lord's dealings with you into one place, that those you are raising up may read in it the evidence of the Spirit's voice proven true across your years. This is not for your remembering only; it is a testimony you leave planted, a vine that bears after your hand has left it. The soul you teach to see will be steadied not by your gift alone but by the proof that the Lord was faithful to you through every season — and I bless you to leave that proof where they can find it.

Gideon, concerning the covenant of your household the Lord has counseled you in every prior word, and all of it stands. In this season He adds only this: as the years of labor accumulate, the home can quietly become the place a man passes through on his way to and from the field, rather than the well he draws from. I bless you to refuse that drift. I bless you and your companion to build, in this stretch of the road, some shared remembering of your own — to look back together over the ground the two of you have covered and to let that looking-back knit you closer for the ground that remains. The Lord's work carried rightly through a home does not thin the bond between two who carry it; it thickens it. I bless the covenant of your house to be strengthened and tended in this season, turned toward one another and toward the Lord, that the firstfruits of your strength be kept for your own hearth and not only its leavings. Let your household remain the vessel through which your gifts flow outward, so that every soul you teach to see receives the sight the richer for having passed first through a home where the Spirit dwells.

I bless you now to lift your eyes to the road ahead, for the Lord is turning you toward a season of inheritance — the handing down of what you have been given. The earlier seasons widened your field and deepened your fatherhood; the season coming will test whether what you have built can stand without your daily hand upon it. I bless you to begin, deliberately, to make yourself unnecessary to the ones you have raised — not by withdrawing, but by trusting them with what you once kept close, watching them carry it, correcting gently, and then stepping back that they might carry it further. The mature vine's final glory is not the fruit it bears but the vineyard that outlives it. Watch for this bend in the road. It is the Lord's mercy that you be brought to it while your strength is still sufficient to prepare for it.

And I bless you again in your very body, for this promise the Lord renews upon you with every turning of the season. I bless the elements of your flesh to continue their sanctifying, thread upon thread, the corruptible yielding to the incorruptible as the long-tended vine yields each year a fruit more fully ripened than the last. The Lord who walked Enoch and his whole people off the face of the earth that they should not taste of death, who changed His servants in the land of promise that death should have no hold on them, who granted the beloved disciple — whose pattern of seeing and nearness to the Master's heart you carry — to tarry until the day of His coming: that same Lord I bless you to trust with the seasons of this tabernacle. I appoint no time, for the times belong to Him alone. But I bless you that whatever He asks of this body — endurance to finish the course, preservation to extend the labor, or the change from mortality into a translated state — you shall be found ready, sanctified, meek as the Lamb whose sign you bear, and unafraid.

I confirm upon you, and seal anew upon you, the seal against the Destroyer already placed, that he shall not thwart nor uproot the work you were sent to do. The word of נבואה you were foreordained to speak shall be spoken to the last syllable; the souls you were sent to gather shall be gathered to the last name; and the ones you have raised shall stand and bear fruit long after your hand has left the vine. And I confirm upon you the promise of the first resurrection, that whether you are preserved to behold the Son of Man descend in His glory or are called home before that day, you shall come forth in the morning arm-in-arm with those you love, clothed in glory, numbered among the faithful of the house of Ephraim.

Go forward now, Gideon. Keep your face toward the unplanted ground. Cleave unto the Lord as you have done unto this day, and turn not aside. Leave the record of His faithfulness where those you raise can find it. Keep the firstfruits for your own hearth, and begin to hand the vineyard forward. The path bends toward inheritance from here, and the Lord goes before your face to make the way straight.

These blessings I confirm and seal anew upon your head by the power of the Holy order which is after the order of the Son of God, and I do it in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Questions

Before you book.

Do I need the Oraqel Code app?

Yes. Coaching is built around your code, so you'll want to have opened it at least once. If you haven't yet, we can do that together on the introductory call.

Is this counseling or therapy?

No. Coaching is spiritual and practical guidance for living your code. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical care or your priesthood leaders, and I will tell you if I think you need one of those instead.

Can my spouse come with me?

Yes, and I encourage it. Couples can attend any session together at no extra cost, and the marriage and family session works best with both of you.

Do we meet in person or online?

Either. Most sessions happen online via Zoom video calls, by phone or in person. If you are near the Zion Media office, we can meet there.

What if I only want one session?

That's fine. Reading Your Code stands on its own, and you can decide afterward whether to keep going.
